If you are trying to fund a trip to DMAC, here are some suggestions:

* Talk to your department chair and offer to give a series of teaching with technology workshops when you come return from DMAC-if the department helps fund your trip.

* Ask your department chair to ask your dean to provide matching funds.

* Talk to your institution's instructional iechnology office and offer to give a series of teaching with technology workshops when you come return from DMAC--if the office will help fund your trip.

*Ask your graduate school/program to match your department's and your dean's funds.

*Ask if your graduate school/program provides scholarships for professional development or travel.

*Talk to the local K-12 school district about providing funding if you agree to give a series of teaching with technology workshops when you return from DMAC
