Contact and registration

Registration for DMAC 2010 is now open. To reserve a space in this year's institute, please follow the steps outlined below.

STEP #1: Fill out our Initial Registration form (.doc) and send it with a $300 deposit (check made payable to Ohio State University) no later than 15 March 2010 to the address below. This initial form will reserve a seat for you in DMAC.

Please note that registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registraton for DMAC will close as soon as we reach our maximum enrollment level.

STEP #2: Remit the remainder of your Institute Fee ($2000 minus the $300 Initial registration Fee) by 1 April 2010. Make this check payable to OSU and send it to the following address:

Note: As of 2010, we have a new process for you to receive graduate credit through your home institution. If you would like to receive graduate credit from your institution, please have your advisor contact Cindy Selfe (selfe.2@osu.edu) so that she can document the work and number of class hours you are completing.
