Elizabeth Ansfield is pursuing an MFA in creative nonfiction, and is in the process of writing a very complex, bold and eloquent thesis. When she is not enjoying the friendly milieu of the DMP or frantically writing her thesis, you'll likely find her in her kitchen attempting recipes that far exceed her culinary skills.
